As a fantastic alternative to paving or tarmac, our Resin driveways will offer you the freedom to bring a personal touch to your home without having to worry about missing out on quality or longevity.
As a resin-bound system, the resin driveways that we offer comprise an aggregate of your choice that is bonded with a clear or coloured resin to create a solid and unbroken surface. Due to their quality, our resin driveways are resistant to petrol or oil spills and will maintain their beautiful aesthetic as they are also UV resistant: which means they won’t fade or discolor when exposed to the elements for a long period of time.
Due to the wide range of options that we offer, our resin driveways can be tailored to suit a range of property styles. Whether your home is modern, traditional, period, heritage, or new build, we’ll be able to offer you a resin driveway that matches both your home and your personal tastes.

The base build-up is slightly different for each subbase option and each has its advantages and disadvantages.
Concrete (Not Recommended)
(150mm Dig, Blinding of MOT Type 1, 80mm Concrete)
Whilst a concrete subbase is an option for overlaying a resin driveway it is not something we would recommend. Concrete is not SUDS compliant so requires a seperate drainage installation, it is also prone to moss, puddling, expansion, and cracking. If a concrete subbase is already in situ then it can sometimes save money to re-use but generally, the amount of prep work required negates any cost-benefit and reduces the lifetime of your driveway.
Open Graded Macadam (Base with 20mm Stone)
(250mm Dig, Geotextile Membrane, 170mm MOT Type 3, 60mm Open Graded Macadam)
Macadam or 'Tarmac' as it is commonly known is a perfectly suitable base for a resin driveway, it is SUDS compliant so does not need additional drainage and the driveway can still be used during the period between the macadam being laid and the resin overlay.
Eco Grids
(180mm dig, Geotextile Membrane, 100mm MOT, Geotextile Membrane,10mm Grit Sand, 40mm Grids, Infill grids with 10mm limestone (1T = 13m2 for 40mm grids)
This is the second type of base we would recommend as it is relatively inexpensive, is SUDS compliant and the entire driveway laying process from dig out to sign off can be achieved in a much shorter time.
Foot Traffic (Pathways, Patios etc)
(100mm Dig, Geotextile Membrane, 70-80mm MOT Type 1, Blind with sand)
Any areas which will only be subjected to foot traffic require ony a compacted base of MOT as a subbase, this reduces the costs whilst still being SUDS compliant for drainage.
