Our high build epoxy coatings are designed to meet the requirements of any industrial warehouse setting & areas of heavy foot and machinery traffic.
Exposed or untreated concrete would not be able to withstand heavy use over time causing decay and a risk to health & safety. Our industrial coatings ensure long-lasting floors for industrial and commercial settings.
We use a high build epoxy, not epoxy paint, with 250-300g per coat and a thickness of approximately. As well as the practicality of our Industrial Resin Coatings they also look clean and professional, are easy to maintain, and are available in a range of colours. We can also add hazard markings to meet health and safety requirements or incorporate text and logos into the floor surface if required.
Not only is this coating incredibly resilient but can also have anti-slip properties with the right aggregates. to suit specific requirements
Our industrial resin coatings offer industrial performance at its best.

Depending on the integrity of the existing screed we may need to grind or shot blast to remove any contaminates, next we repair any cracks by stitching with 4mm steel rods.
Once we are satisfied the screed is sound we apply a liquid DPM to ensure moisture cannot rise up through the floor and weaken the resin coating.
Finally, we apply to coats of our industrial high build epoxy at 0.5mm per coat to give a quality, long-lasting resin surface suitable for any working environment.
This active and extremely busy MOT Garage needed a complete refresh and Resin provided the durable and easy clean solution they were after.
Years of masonry paint, dirt, and oil build-up meant the entire surface needed to be ground back to concrete and an oil tolerant primer applied.
Then our team set to work laying 500sqm of industrial resin to create a beautifully clean aesthetic.
As this was a working business the entire process had to be carried out over a bank holiday weekend so the Garage was able to start working again on Tuesday.
Although this was only a small single Garage the client wanted a long-lasting and hard-wearing floor so our high-build epoxy was a perfect choice.
Due to a DIY screed job we first had to grind the surface to remove any latency and then applied a cement selF-leveling screed.
After this, it was on with the liquid DPM to stop rising damp and then two coats of industrial high build epoxy in RAL 7011.
